Good news everyone! The Community Brew Shop is now offering shipping – Canada wide!
While we continue to support our local home brewing community in Southern New Brunswick by offering free local delivery, we are now pleased to announce that our products can now be shipped nation wide via Canada Post.
Canada Post shipping rates are automatically calculated on your shopping cart page and at checkout to give you the most accurate rates and times. We are currently offering regular parcel delivery as well as XpressPost.
Shipping FAQ:
Q: Can I still get free local delivery?
A: Of course! Delivery is still free in Greater Saint John – Rothesay, Quispamsis, Grand Bay-Westfield, & Hampton, NB. As of Spring 2021 we also will travel down to Charlotte County as far as Pennfield Parish! If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
If you live in the Greater Saint John Area including Rothesay, Quispamsis, Grand Bay-Westfield, or Hampton, select Free Local Delivery.
If you live outside this area please select the shipping method of your choice - regular or expedited. Please keep in mind when shipping Canada Post is still posting delivery delays due to COVID-19 and our shipping with them has the chance to be impacted as well.
Q: Where can I have my products shipped too?
A: We ship all across Canada
Q: Can I get my products shipped to the U.S.A. or other countries?
A: Not at this time, sorry!
Q: What shipping provider are you using?
A: We are using Canada Post.
Q: How are shipping rates calculated?
A: Shipping rates are calculated through an API service with Canada post. Rates for your products are returned in real time when you load your shopping cart or checkout page. Each product in our store has weight & approximate size values attached to it, and this is used to calculate shipping.
Q: I only want to order a few small packs of yeast/hops! Why are the shipping costs high?
A: All yeast and hops are shipped with a cold pack in the box which is factored into the weight of the shipment. We will not ship these temperature sensitive products without the accompanying cold pack.
